Aaron and Grace Gaston are real estate experts with a proven track record selling Ventura County homes. Grace grew up at the beach in Ventura and raised my brother, Kelley, and me at our Pierpont Bay Beach home where she and my father have lived for over 46 years. Grace has been a top Realtor in Ventura for almost 3 decades and I joined her after taking a step back from my technology company in 2013.

Our Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ventura office has over 70 agents. On any given Sunday the majority of open house signs in any Ventura neighborhood are Berkshire Hathaway. Working for Berkshire Hathaway gives Grace and me resources that no other real estate brand can provide. The name alone and being backed by Warren Buffet gives us extraordinary clout within the real estate world. Grace and I did roughly $11 million in sales in 2014 and we are in the top 4% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents in the U.S. In 2014 one of our luxury properties sold at the beach for a Pierpont Bay Beach record of $4,000,000. Out of the over 70 agents in our office Grace and I are 2 of only 4 agents with the designation of Luxury Property Specialist.

When you enlist The Gaston Group, not only do you get Grace and me as your Realtors but we also employ a wonderful Transaction Coordinator, Miki who works diligently with us to make sure that all of our escrows run smoothly. We are lucky to have one of the best managers in the industry, Lyle Elliott and Berkshire Hathaway provides us with full time in-house legal counsel, Stella Ling. We treat all of our Buyers with the same care, whether we are shopping for a $250,000 condo or a $4,000,000 beachfront home.

Searching for a new home is a very exciting and happy time. In today’s real estate climate the buying experience can also be very frustrating. More often than not homes in our market receive multiple offers and usually sell for more than the list price. Working with a three generation Ventura family that has been buying and selling real estate in Ventura County for almost 3 decades has many advantages.
